While golf’s other three majors soar up to fields of 156 players, this year’s Masters has privileged just 87 golfers to walk the links of Augusta National.From winning various tournaments around the world in order to automatically qualify or being a living former champion, 100 golfers officially qualified for the 2019 Masters, with 13 former champions opting not to tee it up. Outside of the U.S., England and South Africa boast the highest representation with nine and six representatives respectively. Sergio Garcia (Spain) was the last foreign-born player to win the green jacket in 2017. Tiger Woods, Bubba Watson, Phil Mickelson, Bernhard Langer and Jose Maria Olazabal are the only golfers in the field with multiple Masters victories.
